Return and Exchange Policy
You can return your order to our Online Returns Center by initiating a return at our online return service. In any of these options, the following should be followed to ensure a timely and complete refund of your return:
- Online purchases can be returned through our online return center within 30 days from the day of purchase with the original invoice. The payment will be refunded in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
- Returning item must be in its original packing with your packing slip, manuals or any other inserts to ensure a full refund. The condition of the product should also be new. If the product has already been removed from its original packing, it can only be exchanged.
- Shipping cost will only be refunded if the item shipped from us is damaged or defective.
- If the payment cannot be returned in its original form, an e-gift card will be issued for application on future purchases.
- www.plumcards.in reserves the right to refuse any return if all the rules and policies are not satisfied.
- *30 Days applies from the day you place your order and when all the policies mentioned are fulfilled.
Instructions for Returns to our Online Returns Centre
It is important to follow the instructions below in order to initiate and process your return or exchange so please follow the instructions carefully.
- Send the item in its original packaging.
- Any promotional item with the original purchased product should also be returned. If the promotional item is missing, its cost would be deducted from the original payment made.
- The items packed should not be damaged in the shipping process so carefully pack them. No returns will be processed if there is damage to the product while shipping and also if any of the component of the product like manuals, instructions, accessories are missing.
- Plumcards will not be responsible for the return shipping and packaging. Any damage caused in packaging will not be considered for a return or exchange.
- www.plumcards.in will not be responsible for the lost item while shipping as the returns will only be processes once the item is received by the return centre. So to ensure safe return please use a reliable shipping method probably which can provide a tracking system.
- Include your original packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
- Returns for purchases made through the third party should go through that company and will abide to their return & exchange policies. Plumcards will not be responsible for returns or exchange of any kind when the product is purchased from the third party.
- In other cases, the decision to refund or exchange a product will solely be at the discretion of Plumcards.
IMPORTANT: The Return and Exchange form available online should be filled out and reason for return/exchange should be mentioned in order for the return/exchange to be processed. If you selected Damaged, Defective or Other, you must state the nature of the damage or defect, or the reason for “other” in the space provided to properly process your return.
All Returns should be directed to the following address until a different address is mentioned on your packing slip.

Damaged or Defective Products
To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Once your damage/defective return is validated by our team a refund will be made to you in your original form of payment including applicable tax and shipping. Please make sure before returning the damaged/defective product a contact has been made with the customer service team.
